Start with a complimentary meeting
Our collaboration begins with a complimentary meeting which lasts about an hour. At this time, I listen to what your wants and needs are then discuss what I think our best approach would be to working together. At the end of the consultation you can decide whether or not you want to commit to beginning your project at that time or wait until you have a chance to think things over and perhaps talk to my references.
My rates
Design / Staging / Senior Living
My rate is $95 per hour which I bill at the end of each month. A retainer fee of $300 is due upon commencement of your project and is credited at the final billing cycle.
Quick Consultation
Just need a few ideas or a sounding board to get a project rolling in the right direction? Call me. I can come by and spend as much time as you need brainstorming your dreams. The fee for my time is $240 for up to two hours of consultation. Any time over the two hours will be charged at $95 per hour. This fee is due at the end of our session. Because you only pay for the short time we spend together and you do the legwork yourself, it’s a smart way to get a transformation started while staying on budget.
